Spend a relaxing evening with family and friends at this private chef experience. A gourmet chef arrives ready to prepare and serve a delicious menu.

Start with a duck confit spring roll appetizer and a mixed green salad tossed with sesame ginger and carrot dressing. Your main course is a pork chop marinated in a sweet soy mixture and stuffed with Gruyère and sautéed mushrooms. End this meal with ube pudding topped with coconut mousse.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Hilda was 5/5 stars!! She was helpful and walked us through the entire process. The recipes were easy to understand, each station was well prepped, clean, and organized. We booked on a weekday and ended up having a private lesson with her. It was fantastic! We walked away with 5 to go boxes of our meal, which was incredibly delicious and coming from an Filipina it was super authentic. We loved Chef Hilda and would recommend her to everyone! We will definitely book another class!

Our evening with Chef Hilda was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and inviting demeanor set the tone for a truly memorable culinary experience. The preparation space was beautifully set up and ready for the meal we had selected, making us feel both welcome and excited to begin. The portions were more than generous — after enjoying a fantastic meal, we still left with a full doggie bag to savor later. Throughout the evening, Chef Hilda struck a perfect balance between expert instruction and patient encouragement, always keeping the mood light and fun, even as we required more than a little guidance in the kitchen. What made this so much more than just a meal was the opportunity to see — and participate in — how a professional chef transforms fresh ingredients into something truly extraordinary. This experience didn’t just match the romance of a fine dining restaurant — it surpassed it, giving us both a wonderful meal and new skills to take home. Thank you, Chef Hilda!
