Thank you, Chef Mordechai for an unforgettable meal! Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with fresh, seasonal ingredients (from his own garden!) and cooked to absolute perfection. We honestly felt like we were transported to a Michelin-starred restaurant, but with the added comfort and intimacy of being in our own home. Thank you for the amazing experience!!

We had an absolutely amazing class with Chef Motti! I got this experience as a birthday gift for my husband and he said it was the coolest birthday gift! Chef Motti brought over such fresh ingredients and we had an incredible time making pizzas with him. He taught us so much in terms of making the dough, techniques for stretching it, how to properly place the pizzas in the oven, etc. Chef Motti was so kind and patient in answering any and all questions we had, and he was such a delight to spend time with. And to top it all off, the pizzas (and all the other food) were SO tasty!!! Some of the best pizza I've ever had. And we had plenty for leftovers! (He was also so efficient and thorough with all the clean-up after the cooking.) I would HIGHLY recommend this class, or any other experiences, with Chef Motti.
