Top-rated chef Antonio will take you on a culinary journey through these two classic cuisines. First, you'll savor a refreshing Brussels sprout and pancetta salad doused in a tantalizing lemon-honey vinaigrette. Then, enjoy the flavors of a classic porcini mushroom risotto. Celebrate the season with sage butter-roasted Autumn vegetables and finish your meal with a succulent chocolate-hazelnut panna cotta
