Savor a quintessential French menu that embodies Springtime with this private chef experience from Chef Benoit. Classic bistro dishes get a high-end makeover, starting with a sweet and creamy velouté of peas, topped with St Agur cheese, walnut pesto and baguette croutons. Perfectly seared duck breast is a hallmark of French cooking and is complemented with a sweet and sour honey sauce with notes of star anise alongside a showstopping pomme darphin, a giant pancake of seasoned, hash-browned potatoes. End the meal with a delicate strawberry and creamy meringue concoction.

Great date night! Chef Benoit was friendly, funny, and a fantastic chef. Our group cooked meal was fantastic to enjoy at the dining room table.

I planned this for Valentine’s Day and it was great. An intimate environment and a great way to meet people in the area. The food was great and the ingredients were fresh, I would highly recommend Chef Benoit.
