A curated menu highlighting the Burgundy region of France will delight your senses.

Treat yourself to a menu that exemplifies the rich decadence of French cooking with this private chef experience from Chef Benoit. Melted butter with loads of garlic and herbs coat tender Burgundy snails, served with a warm baguette to soak up the leftover juices. Sink your teeth into ultra-slow cooked short rib, braised in red wine and handfuls of aromatic herbs, shredded atop a bed of homemade tagliatelle noodles for a quintessential French dish. A light-as-air chocolate soufflé with spoonfuls of crème anglaise will be served right out of the oven for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Benoit recently came over to cook for us for our 5 year anniversary and he was spectacular. We had the escargot, beef bourguignon, and chocolate soufflé. He also recommended a wine to pair with it. It was all amazing!! We have two little ones, and he was very flexible with starting a little later so the kids could get to bed first. We got to chat with him for a bit and learned he has 40+ experience of cooking around the world. His food was delicious and we would definitely love to eat with him again!! Thank you for making our anniversary so special, Chef!!

Chef Benoit’s Elegant French Meal class was a delightful experience! He was kind, polite, enthusiastic, and welcoming to the class. He is not only an excellent cook but also an outstanding teacher! The class focused on French cuisine. Chef Benoit provided each one of the participants with a hands-on experience, one-on-one instructions on properly cutting the fish and vegetables, preparing a delicious sauce, and mixing ingredients, among other important details. He carefully explained each step of the process to create a tasty and delicate three-course dinner menu. The end result was a delicious dinner elegantly served by Chef Benoit in the cozy ambiance of his home. I had a pleasant, fun, and enriching experience! I learned a lot and greatly enjoyed Chef Benoit's class! I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in having a nice, enhancing culinary skills experience!
