To begin, you'll enjoy an ahi tuna tostada topped with avocado lime crema, jalapeños and cherry tomatoes. Then, enjoy a savory pork belly musubi, a type of sushi, with tropical gastrique on top. A sweet and savory ribeye and papaya salad with a Thai vinaigrette drizzle. A decadent pineapple upside-down cake made with rum and served with vanilla ice cream finishes the meal.
