Start with a classic bruschetta topped with roasted eggplant and aromatic basil. Then, enjoy pillowy-soft gnocchi tossed in a rich bolognese sauce with a sprinkle of Parmigiano. On the side, fennel braised with white wine and butter. Finish the meal with a decadent butterscotch budino, a layered custard, for dessert.
