In this private chef experience, you can indulge in a hearty feast inspired by the flavors of the French countryside prepared by a world-class chef. First, the chef will warm your soul with a creamy and colorful potato and leek soup followed by tender, herb-infused chicken drizzled with a rich velouté sauce. A fresh, vibrant salad balances the main course before rounding out the meal with a delicious dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

In one of her final roles, Chef Seyhan worked alongside Michelin-starred Chef Ronny Embark, deepening her expertise in fine dining. Trained in culinary school in Turkey and later specializing in pastry at Savor School under Kirsten Tibballs, Chef Seyhan seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences—Turkish, Greek and Italian—with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.
