Delight in the variety and abundance of tantalizing tastes and textures in this private chef experience. Each chef-driven course bursts with color and flavor, celebrating the bounty of the garden. Begin with a bright radish top salad with tangy mustard dressing. For the main course, the chef layers melty cheeses with tender zucchini in a hearty vegetarian lasagna. Round out the menu with a warm apple tart.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Seyhan brings over a decade of global culinary experience, including nine years in New York City, where she refined her skills in top kitchens. In one of her final roles, Chef Seyhan worked alongside Michelin-starred Chef Ronny Embark, deepening her expertise in fine dining. Trained in culinary school in Turkey and later specializing in pastry at Savor School under Kirsten Tibballs, Chef Seyhan seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences—Turkish, Greek and Italian—with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether in the kitchen or in the classroom, Chef Seyhan is dedicated to sharing her craft through immersive culinary experiences.
