What You’ll Do

Transport yourself to Italy to enjoy a curated meal of Italian classics.

You'll feel like you're dining in Italy in this private chef experience. Chef Adrian will create modern versions of Italian classics, beginning with a Caprese salad filled with fresh mozzarella and basil with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Enjoy pan-seared shrimp and scallops flavored with white wine and served over creamy risotto, crispy broccoli rabe and Parmesan risotto. For dessert, enjoy cannoli topped with fresh berries and homemade whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Adrian was an outstanding Chef and so warm and kind! He added so much to my mother’s special day! We had the Elevated Brunch Experience and the food was absolutely delicious!! Even my husband, who use to work as a chef himself was extremely impressed! We will be booking Chef Adrian for future events. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Adrian provided an excellent experience and the food was absolutely delicious! We did his Mastering Asian Chinese experience and hope to book his other experiences in the future. He was punctual, well prepared with an organized system of step by step instructions, he provided education on the why of certain cooking techniques and provided amount instructions so that we could replicate the recipe. The food tasted like it was from a high end restaurant and we had plenty of leftovers even after we stuffed our faces. 5/5 stars for a great chef and great experience!

Chef Adrian was a lot of fun. Although we love Japanese cuisine, we had very little knowledge/experience in making it. He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. The end product was delicious and plenty of food, which we really loved.

This was a gift for my parents, and they absolutely loved the experience. Chef Adrian was amazing and gave them so many little tips and tricks. The food tasted delicious! Would absolutely recommend!
