Enjoy traditional Moroccan favorites made with a modern flair.

The traditional dishes of Moroccan cuisine take center stage in this private chef experience where Chef Huda will handcraft a three-course meal filled with aromatic and rich flavors, starting with a creamy carrot and ginger soup. Next, enjoy savory braised lamb topped with a pomegranate and rosemary red wine reduction and with tri-colored carrots in an aromatic saffron risotto on the side. For dessert, indulge with a fig and goat cheese tart topped with honey.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With a bachelor's degree in culinary management from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, she has nearly 20 years of culinary experience under her belt and has earned multiple awards in renowned cooking competitions. She can't wait to share her knowledge of dynamic cuisine!

A wonderful experience. Chef Huda was amazing. She was knowledgeable and walked us through all the dishes, was very accommodating to dietary needs, and was very easy going to have. Food was amazing and experience was a 10/10. Would recommend her to anyone who wants to try new foods and cultures!

This past Friday we had an AMAZING class with Chef Huda. We made homemade ravioli with a white cream sauce and a berry tart for dessert. She came prepared, on time, and made the experience one to remember! An excellent teacher and very personable. We highly recommend booking a class with Chef Huda!

My experience with Chef Huda was absolutely amazing!!!! This was my first time booking a class and she exceeded what I had in my mind. Not only is she very pleasant, she explains things step by step, she is patient (cause we ain’t chefs), and she is sooo sweet! We did the pasta experience, but I’m excited to do some more. Chef Huda was absolutely wonderful to say the least. Not only was each course of the meal fantastic and on point for the Mediterranean menu, but the Chef herself is a wonderful person to spend an evening with. The entire process was so easy and enjoyable from start to finish and I couldn't recommend it or Chef Houda more. Fantastic night all around.

Chef Huda is the best!!! I had bought a cooking class for my boyfriend’s birthday and I don’t know how I’ll be able to top the experience. Chef Huda is hilarious, kind, and patient, making the class so much fun and manageable. Not to mention the food was DELICIOUS! We finished everything and have been craving the food ever since. Luckily, with chef Huda, we now know how to make it! Take a class with her and you won’t be disappointed. We love you Chef Huda!
