Discover the exciting culinary possibilities of the keto diet. Enjoy this private chef experience with a menu packed full of healthy flavorful keto dishes. The chef will craft a three-course meal of your choice starting with fresh smoked salmon and cucumber bites topped with a whipped yogurt blend. Choose from multiple entrée options such as wild-caught salmon stuffed with spinach, spicy and sweet honey sriracha tofu served atop zucchini noodles or Thai coconut chicken. Keto dessert is also on the menu featuring a zesty gluten-free lemon pound cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
