African, Creole and Caribbean influences combine for an impressive Latin menu.

Feel the heat from Latin cuisine, artfully prepared by Chef Ebony. Tropical produce and proteins shine with bright and spicy flavor combinations. Begin with hand-cut and fried tortilla strips to enjoy with creamy guacamole, and garlicky grilled shrimp skewers highlight fresh seafood. For the main course, a colorful plate of bold carne asada with bright and herby chimichurri and blistered vegetables. Cool off with a mango flan topped with pineapple mango coulis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Ebony was a joy to have over. She showed my kids and me how to make fresh pasta, and we had a fantastic time. The food was delicious. We had so much fun learning and chatting with her. It was a tremendous experience, and I will 100% be doing this again. Thank you so much!
