Transport you and your guests to the Caribbean as you indulge in colorful flavors traditional to the islands. A four-course menu crafted by talented Chef Tre will mesmerize you and your guests.

Tangy citrus salad with a cumin vinaigrette is the perfect amuse-bouche before jerk chicken Alfredo, teeming with warming spices. A roasted red snapper is next sided by curry fried cabbage and classic red beans and rice. For dessert, cool things down with vanilla bean gelato and berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Multi-talented Chef Tre was a Marine and a firefighter before tackling culinary school and launching his own catering company. His experience has taken him through restaurants helmed by some of the top chefs in the Washington, D.C. area. His focus is mainly on French, Italian, Creole and Cajun traditions. With a blend of technical savvy, imagination and passion, Chef Tre shares his love of all cuisine with his students.

Chef Tre was excellent ! He arrived on time , was incredibly finished and cleaned up after . The kitchen was literally cleaner than we he arrived . Also the food was 10/10 and there was even food left over for us to Jane for later ! Highly recommend and will def book again

We had such a wonderful experience with Chef Tre, who prepared an amazing surf-and-turf meal for my wife's birthday. This was actually our second time booking him for a private meal in our home, since the first dinner we had with him was so good. He even prepared extra for us, which we happily enjoyed the day after. Would highly recommend!
