What You’ll Do

Enjoy a traditional steakhouse menu made modern by a five-star chef.

Fresh ingredients and bold flavors will be featured in this private chef experience. Chef Tre will create a decadent menu of four exquisite courses.

Start with an asparagus, fig and poached pear salad with prosciutto tossed in a citrusy vinaigrette. Next, enjoy a creamy risotto with salmon, peas and sweet corn. For the main showstopper, a tender filet mignon with pommes purée. Indulge in a strawberry almond pound cake drizzled in chocolate glaze for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Multi-talented Chef Tre was a Marine and a firefighter before tackling culinary school and launching his own catering company. His experience has taken him through restaurants helmed by some of the top chefs in the Washington, D.C. area. His focus is mainly on French, Italian, Creole and Cajun traditions. With a blend of technical savvy, imagination and passion, Chef Tre shares his love of all cuisine with his students.

Chef Tre was great!!! The dishes were each so different in taste/texture. We loved the pacing of the meal. We even had leftovers that we enjoyed the next day. Highly recommend
