Discover the invigorating flavors of Mediterranean food in this private chef experience with Chef Nicholas. Begin with shrimp roasted with garlic and lemon zest. Then, enjoy flakey white fish baked with fresh vegetables and infused with white wine with crispy mashed potatoes on the side. For dessert, Chef Nicholas will serve a creamy parfait featuring balanced flavors, from sweet ricotta and strawberries to lemon zest and refreshing mint.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Nicholas began his kitchen adventures as a child, learning how to cook with his grandmother, and went on to graduate from Johnson & Wales. A private chef for an A-list client, his weekly meal prep and dinner party planning allow him to add imagination to new creations, imbuing simple recipes with a sense of elegance and style.
