Begin with a traditional antipasto salad followed by a rich veal Marsala paired with creamy, herbed risotto. For dessert, enjoy a classic tiramisu with silky mascarpone cheese and delicate ladyfingers soaked in bold espresso.

Chef Darnell was amazing for our dinner party of 8. He arrived early, was friendly and engaging, and prepared a delicious 3 course meal that far exceeded our expectations. Our guests were so impressed. We cant wait to hire him again! I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Darnell is an incredible Chef, very professional and truly made it a special night for us all. The food he made was incredible. I would highly recommend taking any of his classes, he truly loves to cook and you can tell by the way he makes his food, how it tastes and really made this an awesome experience.
