Next, cleanse your palate with a watermelon and cucumber salad with fresh mint and basil drizzled with sweet balsamic vinegar. The main course features pan-seared salmon with a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus. For dessert, a decadent cinnamon peach cobbler and ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Lana loves teaching and she also is really great at it! I learned tips and tricks to cutting onions that will help me always have even cuts. She is also certified in pastry as well which broadens her skills and abilities. I enjoyed learning from her and will definitely love to take a class again.
