Chef Antonio, a renowned local and global chef, will create a 10-course cocktail tasting menu that is inspired by the contemporary art that adorns the gallery's walls. Each dish will highlight one color theory and turn food into fine art. Taste creations such as Yorkshire pudding beef tenderloin ("Terra di Siena"), prosciutto and figs ("Porpora") and sesame tuna bites ("Pompeiian Red") while sipping your favorite wines.
Think outside of the box for your next event or special occasion and book this unique private experience.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Over the past 10 years, Chef Antonio has been busy honing his culinary virtuoso at the helm of multiple restaurant kitchens in Italy and London as well as at a five-star luxury hotel in the capital city of Qatar. After making his way to the U.S., Chef Antonio found his niche as both the executive chef of an upscale restaurant in downtown Boston and as the instructor of an array of interactive culinary experiences.
