What You’ll Do

Watch as Chef Mert expertly prepares an Asian-inspired menu that's both vegan and satisfying.

You’ll begin this plant-based private chef experience with a creative amuse-bouche of black vegan caviar bites paired with avocado cream and sweet mango. Then, Chef Mert with prepare soba noodles and edamame with tangy pickled radishes and soy-tahini dressing. The lemongrass chili tofu entrée is enhanced by fresh leek purée, scallions and crisp microgreens. Finally, end with a mango sago with rich coconut and tapioca for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I gifted a private pasta making class for my boyfriend & it was amazing! Chef Mertz was incredibly inviting, educational & so talented in his craft. The dishes were amazing, and he made it so easy for us to attempt to replicate on our own. Highly recommend & we plan on booking with him again in the future!
