Start with a zesty yuzu shrimp ceviche nestled in crisp wonton cups. Elevate your palate further with pan-fried jalapeño-ginger-pork gyoza, alongside a chile-pineapple dipping sauce for a spicy-sweet kick. Meticulously seared sous-vide flank steak, demonstrates precision and taste as a centerpiece of the menu. On the side, aromatic rice and traditional kimchi harmoniously blend flavors and textures. Thai fried bananas with honey-ricotta-beetroot ice cream serve as dessert to enchant your taste buds.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had an awesome experience with Chef Blake coming to our house and cooking a nice Asian Fusion meal. He was on time, extremely professional, and made our kitchen sparkly clean afterwards. Most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing and tasty! We will definitely be using Chef Blake again in the future!
