During this private chef experience, Chef Landi will prepare a gourmet four-course holiday dinner using fresh, high-quality ingredients and recipes inspired by classic French dishes. You can look forward to exquisite menu offerings like a seasonal green salad with citrus, pomegranate and poppy seed dressing, cheese-stuffed flank steak rolls, bourbon and honey glazed ham, haricot verts with crispy onions, roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon, gingerbread sticky pudding for dessert and so much more!

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

Chef Landi provided an incredibly warm and engaging experience for the group. We learned to cook each course step by step, tasting and laughing along the way. Every part of this experience was thoughtfully planned and Chef Landi guided us through a wonderful evening of food and stories.

Absolute incredible experience!!! I bought my boyfriend this cooking class for Christmas and Chef Landi did not disappoint one bit! He shared all of his cooking tips and provided such a fun environment for us. Not to mention he is so patient and very professional. Would recommend him 1000x over!!!
