During this stress-free Thanksgiving dinner you can look forward to enjoying juicy and tender roast turkey with homemade cranberry sauce and gravy, sweet potato casserole with torched meringue, herbed cornbread stuffing, and your choice of pie for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Luis was amazing! This class was great. I wanted a fun experience for my birthday with a group of us and this dude not disappoint. With 12 of us it was kind of crazy and wild, but Chef Luis kept it going with such a great attitude and helped us learn some new and wonderful things about making food. Speaking of food, these recipes were phenomenal and well enjoyed by all!!

Chef Luis is the man! We had a 12 person dinner and everyone was so pleased with the meal that was made. Chef Luis was kind and patient while instructing us on how to make our own pasta and also delicate chocolate mousse for dessert. Don’t hesitate to book a night with him!
