'Tis the season to celebrate plants in all their glory at your table this Thanksgiving.

During this private chef experience, Chef Jordan will prepare for you and friends or family a homemade plant-based Thanksgiving feast using a bounty of fresh, high-quality seasonal ingredients. Some of the plant-based dishes and Thanksgiving recipes you can look forward to enjoying include cranberry citrus baked brie, white bean and thyme pot pies, flaky vegan biscuits, herbed cornbread stuffing, and vegan pumpkin cheesecake or pumpkin pie for dessert. Many ingredients featured on this menu are organic, non-GMO and local.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had such a lovely experience with Chef Jordon on Thanksgiving for his Indian cooking class. We learned great techniques and information on all the ingredients! Plus, every dish was so flavorful and delicious! And his home overlooking the lake is serene. He went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. We had so much fun this is going to be our new Thanksgiving tradition!
