Take a trip to Chef Vivian's native country of Peru in this private chef experience. You'll enjoy four Peruvian recipes made from scratch with high-quality ingredients, including a raw snapper ceviche marinated in lime juice and spices, a classic beef stew served with a mix of quinoa and beans, and suspiro a la limeña with cinnamon and meringue for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had an amazing time in our Italian cooking class with Vivian and Michi! Vivian was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make the experience fun and engaging. We learned great tips, made pasta from scratch, and felt confident enough to try it at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone had a blast. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it!

2/25/25 My wife and I decided to take the ramen making class for our anniversary. I can’t express how thankful we are for discovering this fun and informative class . First I want to say chef Michi and Vivian are amazing hosts and chefs. The instructions were very clear and helpful. Very hands on and fun to participate in making the ramen noodles , the pork tenderloin and the onigiri. We finished up with a very delicious and refreshing shaved ice. The atmosphere was pleasant all around . They have made me more confident in trying things out for the first time . 5 stars isn’t enough to rate this overall experience. I highly recommend if you are looking for a fun, exciting, and challenging activity making ramen from scratch. Thank you chef Michi and chef Vivian!
