During this private chef experience, Chef Mel will prepare a vegan Indian menu using fresh, bold, and exotic flavors, and plant-based ingredients. Over four courses, you'll enjoy rice paper-wrapped samosas served with a sweet and spicy mint chutney, a red lentil curry, a creamy vegetable curry with sweet potatoes, carrots and broccoli, apple halwa for dessert, and more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Mel​, a former personal chef and caterer,​ specializes in creating healthy, natural and organic meals.​ ​​She is passionate about educating others on how to cook and eat well, and has shared her zest for culinary instruction by teaching children's cooking classes and volunteering for cooking programs. Her culinary education arsenal boasts completion from the Natural Food Chef Program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute​.​ Join Chef Mel for a fun and informative experience!
