Sit back, relax, and enjoy a menu of American comfort food with healthy, seasonal ingredients.
During this private chef experience, Chef Mel will prepare a three-course menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients and healthy twists on a few classic American comfort-food favorites. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include a honey mustard herbed pork loin, a root vegetable mash infused with miso, a cheddar broccoli gratin with quinoa, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Mel​, a former personal chef and caterer,​ specializes in creating healthy, natural and organic meals.​ ​​She is passionate about educating others on how to cook and eat well, and has shared her zest for culinary instruction by teaching children's cooking classes and volunteering for cooking programs. Her culinary education arsenal boasts completion from the Natural Food Chef Program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute​.​ Join Chef Mel for a fun and informative experience!
