Chef Roger presents a four-course vegan menu that is bursting with flavor.
This chef-curated private chef experience features a vegan feast with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. Start with toast topped with sunchokes, pistachios and tangy Meyer lemon, and culurgiones — a pasta from Sardinia that's similar to ravioli — filled with plant-based bolognese sauce. Next, enjoy braised wild mushrooms with crispy polenta, and an indulgent vegan dark chocolate mousse.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Roger began his culinary career over 15 years ago as a line cook in the kitchen of one of the most buzzed about restaurants in New York City. After moving to the West Coast, Chef Roger continued climbing the food chain, graduating from line cook to a highly esteemed executive chef for large corporations. Chef Roger is passionate about sharing his culinary wisdom with others in a variety of cooking classes!
