Chef Jane treats you to a classy and decadent brunch full of exciting flavors.

A languid and leisurely brunch is the ultimate treat. In this private chef experience, Chef Jane will prepare three courses of sweet and savory favorites, starting with a refreshing mixed green salad with seasonal fruit, a homemade vinaigrette and shaved Parmesan. Next, sink your fork into slow-cooked black pepper maple bacon, a potato hash topped with sausage and a fried egg, and fluffy petite pancakes with seasonal fruit compote.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We were transported back to our honeymoon this evening after one bite of Chef Jane's incredible meal. She was on time and so friendly. After I showed her around the kitchen, she swiftly prepped a 3-course Caribbean feast for us. The plate presentation was a lovely final touch, and everything tasted amazing. Once finished, she cleaned up and was on her way. If I could afford to hire her for every meal, I 100% would. Can't wait to enjoy her expertise again.

Jane was wonderful! She was a great teacher and easy to talk to. She introduced us to new types of vegetables and ways of cooking them. Highly recommend for a fun night in.

Chef Jane was amazing!! We had such a fun time learning how to cook with her. The beef Wellington was very tasty! We learned so much. I can’t wait to take another one of her cooking classes.
