What You’ll Do

Get ready to join Chef Liam for a choose-your-own-adventure Italian dinner party like no other.

During this private chef experience, Chef Liam will prepare an authentic four-course Italian dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian recipes. Some of the dishes you will have to opportunity to choose from include a vibrant kale salad, hearty white bean soup, butternut squash risotto, sage sweet potato gnocchi, pork saltimbocca, cod puttanesca, and so much more!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

My 14 year old nephew and I had a great experience learning to make sushi! Liam was knowledgable, friendly and patient as learned to roll the sushi. I really enjoyed having a cooking class in the comfort of my own kitchen and Liam was also very respectful of our home cleaning up along the way and leaving our kitchen spotless. I will definitely sign up for more cooking classes in the future. It's such a fun, interactive way to spend time with family and friends and Liam was the perfect teacher!

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Liam tonight. He is personable and knowledgeable. We had so much fun making sushi, tempura, and green tea crepes! We learned a number of tips and skills to use the next time we make sushi. Thanks Liam!

Chef Liam was a welcoming and personable host, demonstrating cooking techniques that the average person would be able to take home and actually implement in their own kitchens. His English muffins were the perfect base for an Eggs Benedict dish, slathered in delicious hollandaise. The crispy and light tempura sweet potato and shrimp are the perfect dipping food, and you'll definitely be dunking them in the soy sauce more than once. Sushi is made simple under his tutelage, and it's a great trick to break out at your own dinner party. Lastly, his risotto recipe is taken to new heights with the caramelized onions and mushrooms, and the balsamic base gives it a savory tang.
