This private chef experience will feature the vibrant flavors of new Japanese yoshoku cuisine served as a course meal. Begin with fresh manila clams and shimeji mushroom sakamushi followed by assorted seasonal appetizers. Then, enjoy an entrée of pan fried grass-fed hamburg steak and onion-soy glaze, served with roasted seasonal vegetables, steamed rice and miso soup brimming with fresh vegetables. End the meal with fresh seasonal fruits, organic vanilla ice cream and ginger glaze.

Had a great time learning how to make ramen from Chef Shinya. It was a very informative session and will definitely make use of the skills that I learnt from the chef.

Class with Chef Shinya was very interesting! As a professional chef myself, it was cool to learn new things from a cuisine that I am not as well versed in, and Chef Shinya was a wealth of knowledge. The class itself left quite a bit to be desired unfortunately. There was almost zero hands-on aspect to it, which was disappointing. Even with the message a few days before explaining that the class wouldn't be as hands on as others, we expected there to be a bit more than just stirring a few things. The food was delicious, and we can't wait to try making the Ramen at home! Thank you Chef!
