Treat yourself to a modern steakhouse feast created by Chef Ted.

Enjoy a decadent three-course steakhouse banquet at home with this private chef experience. Begin with a grilled cactus leaf and pinto bean salad with rendered bacon and jalapeños. Then, choose an entrée of either grilled grass-fed buffalo sirloin with mushroom pearl barley, or ancho chili-roasted chicken with onion sherry confit and red potatoes. Finish with a sweet cast iron pecan cornbread pudding with maple crème anglaise.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Ted and Karen were excellent! They were easy to talk to, the food was delicious and we even took away some cooking tips. I would highly recommend hiring them!

Our experience with Ted and Karen was exactly what we were hoping for! There were plenty of cooking tips and takeaways, but lots of time to relax and just watch, as well. We gave this evening as a gift to my father, and he was more than impressed and appreciative of this thoughtful experience! The four of us who attended would highly recommend booking an evening with Chef Ted!

This whole experience was amazing from start to finish! Ted made an absolutely delicious meal and gave us a ton of great cooking tips and Karen left our kitchen cleaner than when they arrived! Easily one of our top meals ever, and all in our own home. Ted & Karen already feel like old friends!
