Get ready to dive into an Italian seafood supper prepared by culinary extraordinary, Chef Luis.

During this private chef experience, Chef Luis will prepare for you a gourmet four-course dinner featuring fresh seafood and Italian-inspired flavors and recipes. Some of the dishes you can look forward to enjoying include steamed mussels swimming in a saffron and lemon-wine sauce, oysters Rockefeller with bacon, hollandaise sauce and spinach, gnocchi primavera, and a homemade tiramisu for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Exceptional service, great communication and the food was delicious! We had a really fun time as it was the first time we had ever hired a private chef, he made our holiday meal extremely memorable and our guests loved the experience!

The meal was so good and Luis was patient and a great teacher. We had a group of college kids celebrating a birthday so this was a fun way to celebrate and eat amazing food. We would definitely recommend booking with Luis.

Chef Luis was very accommodating and flexible with our kitchen space and planned every detail of the event perfectly! He made cooking for our team a fun and enjoyable experience resulting in an absolutely delicious meal!! Highly recommend and would do this event again!
