What You’ll Do

This spread of tapas-style dishes is the perfect way to kick off game day.

In this private chef experience with Chef Daniel, you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy a six-course tapas-style menu influenced by the culinary traditions of American, Argentine, and European cuisines. Some of the dishes you can look forward to include crostini, shrimp Provençal, chicken sliders, mini chorizo sausages with chimichurri, Argentinian empanadas, and so much more.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, Chef Daniel has lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years where he has been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.

Chef Daniel's hands-on pizza-making class taught us the precise techniques for creating exceptional pizza, from properly kneading the dough to balancing fresh toppings, and his clear instructions and engaging teaching style made the experience both educational and fun.

Daniel hosted a fantastic class. The salad was inspired, hand-making the pasta was incredibly rewarding, and everything tasted fantastic. His loft is perfect for this type of event, and it was a treat to get to know Daniel over the course of the evening. I'd absolutely book with him again. Highly recommend!
