The conversation flowed about food, my favorite subject, all night. He also teaches online classes and classes in his home as well. I'm looking forward to booking with Chef Daniel again and again. We had the best time with Chef Dan at our beach house in Stone Harbor, NJ for a surprise 30th birthday dinner. The chef was punctual and professional. We were a group of 9 people. Being such a large group, we know it is hard to please everyone, but each item on the menu was delicious and left us wanting Dan to come back again! All dishes were flavorful and described perfectly. We hope we can have Dan cook for us again soon! An added bonus is that he traveled over an hour to come to our house, which was so nice and generous. I'd recommend Chef Dan to anyone!
