During this live and interactive online mixology class with Mixologist Roxi, you will learn how to craft three classic sour cocktails using egg whites. To take the intimidation out of egg white cocktails, Mixologist Roxi will show you how to master the dry shake method to get that smooth, luxurious texture that will take your sour cocktails to the next level. Vegan? No worries! Aquafaba can be substituted for egg whites.
