He began working in kitchens at age 16 and moved to Europe to explore different cuisines firsthand after graduating. He quickly landed at a culinary academy in Italy and graduated with honors. We LOVED this class! Chef Davide was an excellent instructor. The recipes were really simple, but so delicious. They are definitely recipes we plan to make again (and again!) Chef was friendly and helpful. He shared techniques, hints and answered our questions clearly. Thank you Chef!
