In this online cooking class, you’ll whip up an impressive dessert at home as Chef Stefano virtually guides you through pro-level tart-making techniques. Begin by making the pastry shell, and creating sweet caramel by carefully melting sugar with rich cream. You'll also whip up with precision a Chantilly cream to be the perfect topping. In the end, you’ll create and enjoy the best caramel tart ever!

Prep Work Details

Bring butter and eggs up to room temperature. Measure the different quantities of cream and sugar.

Absolutely L?VED the event. The chef was professional & fun. I used this as a “day date” having fun learning & playing. I look forward to more of these either alone, with another or others.

Loved my class with Stefano. He was charming, patient and very gracious with all of us, accommodating a variety of skill levels in his students. We made the Cannelloni and Panna Cotta, and he took his time explaining each step and checking in with us to see how we were doing. I look forward to doing another class with him!
