Chef Davide was a fantastic instructor, providing easy-to-follow instructions at a manageable pace. The food was delicious, and I look forward to cooking this recipe again in the future using the different variations that he suggested.

Chef Davide was great! For Christmas, I gave my grown kids gift cards for Cozymeal, and we all chose to attend this class together from our own kitchens. Afterward we connected on Facetime as we ate the DELICIOUS meal we made. Everyone appreciated how well Chef Davide led the class and we learned some new tips. Great experience!

Chef Davide made me feel like I was a chef in a five star restaurant with the way this dish turned out. I enjoyed how he was so passionate on seeing the dishes to make sure the consistencies were where they should be. He was very patient with our questions we can’t say enough of how happy we were with how the dishes turned out thank you very much, Chef!
