Start by preparing your own dumpling dough, then follow Chef Li’s expert guidance as you fill each dumpling with seasoned ground pork. You'll learn how to expertly fold 20 to 24 pleats into each delicate dumpling. Once cooked, enjoy your savory creations paired with a refreshing smashed cucumber salad, for a complete and satisfying meal.
