During this live and interactive three-week online cooking class series with Chef Carlos, you will learn how to harness all those healthy fats in the kitchen and make a variety of delicious keto-friendly meals. Some of the dishes and recipes you can look forward to mastering include Spanish tapas like a jamรณn Ibรฉrico frittata and chorizo a la sidra, traditional entrรฉes like pork tenderloin with blue cheese sauce and pan-seared salmon with vegetables, and so much more!

Great experience for my first class! Really enjoyed learning from Carlos. His instructions were clear and he taught us some handy tips and tricks along the way. He watched everyoneโ€™s progress and gave individual help so that everyone was successful. The pacing of the class was good, but it is helpful to prep your ingredients before class so you donโ€™t feel rushed. The meal turned out delicious and we even have leftovers! Canโ€™t wait to book another class with Carlos!
