Gather your team and roll up your sleeves as you knead and bake Roman-style pizza in this team building class with Chef Davide. Discover tales of the Eternal City and secrets of traditional Italian cooking while savoring the fruits of your labor.

Begin with an Italian charcuterie board featuring aged cheese, honey and a spread of cured meats. Then, with wisdom imparted from Chef Davide, your team will tackle Roman Pinsa dough. Top your pizza with marinara, fresh mozzarella and a variety of toppings like salami or mushrooms. End by preparing tried and true tiramisu for dessert.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Davide always found the place where he could best express himself, communicate, and have fun was the kitchen. He began working in kitchens at age 16 and moved to Europe to explore different cuisines firsthand after graduating. He quickly landed at a culinary academy in Italy and graduated with honors. Chef Davide has since donned many chef hats, including those as a private chef, consultant, instructor and entrepreneur.

We LOVED this class! Chef Davide was an excellent instructor. The recipes were really simple, but so delicious. They are definitely recipes we plan to make again (and again!) Chef was friendly and helpful. He shared techniques, hints and answered our questions clearly. Thank you Chef!

Very fun class. Chef was very helpful. Really liked the way to hang the noodles from the knife. Good was wonderful. Great English. Well look for his classes again.
