Learn how to make pillowy soft Italian gnocchi with guidance from Chef Davide in this hands-on team building pasta-making class. Master techniques that have stood the test of time as you utilize fresh, local ingredients to create potato gnocchi and other Italian favorites.

Prime your palate with burrata and prosciutto crostini before preparing the gnocchi. Roll, cut and cook up your fresh dough as you simmer a handmade Sorrentina sauce made from tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. Finally, your team will handcraft classic gelato with seasonal ingredients.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Davide always found the place where he could best express himself, communicate, and have fun was the kitchen. He began working in kitchens at age 16 and moved to Europe to explore different cuisines firsthand after graduating. He quickly landed at a culinary academy in Italy and graduated with honors. Chef Davide has since donned many chef hats, including those as a private chef, consultant, instructor and entrepreneur.

Chef Davide made me feel like I was a chef in a five star restaurant with the way this dish turned out. I enjoyed how he was so passionate on seeing the dishes to make sure the consistencies were where they should be. He was very patient with our questions we can’t say enough of how happy we were with how the dishes turned out thank you very much, Chef!
