What You’ll Do

Savor a sumptuous spread filled with authentic dishes representing the beloved culinary region of Tuscany.

Chef Alessio takes to the kitchen to present a true Tuscan menu in a private chef experience with all the trimmings. Enjoy a handmade meal that opens with silky, herb-seasoned squash soup and handmade tagliatelle pasta topped with creamy mushroom ragout. Then, sink your fork into a garlic-infused beef sirloin entrée topped with porcini mushrooms. And for dessert, delight in a chestnut tiramisu filled with authentic Italian goodness.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
