A Tuscan cooking class was on my bucket list and this one did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful old house with a restaurant on main floor but the cooking class was held in the private living quarters. It was a big farmhouse kitchen. There were 5 couples and we had lots of room. We made a 4-course meal, which of course included handmade pasta and it was all delicious. Nonna led the class. Her Italian is better than her English so we had an interpreter. We highly recommend.

Our cooking class was so fun and informative. We got hands on practice preparing a traditional multi-course Italian meal. We received tips and tricks from an Italian chef in a small group setting. The chef who only spoke Italian, understood English well and had translators so communication was so easy. We had the best time meeting the other couples in our class and we came away feeling confident in our pasta making skills. This is a must do when you are in Tuscany.

A friend had recommended this class as they took it a year ago. My husband & I had such an enjoyable time! The class was extremely well organized and flowed nicely. We learned some new cooking techniques, of which making pici pasta, was a highlight. We made an awesome simple eggplant starter, the pasta, the sauce (all fresh veggies from their garden), a main, and a dessert. We ate our delicious meal enjoyed with some local wine. The kitchen was charming, immaculate and there was ample work space for all of us to cook. Highly recommend this class--a 10/10!

The cooking class was one of our favourite events during our visit to Tuscany. The setting, the vibe, the casual and friendly instruction set a wonderful tone for the four hours we spent there. It was a total of 5 couples, all strangers before, all friends after. Absolutely recommended.

This was a super fun and informative class. We learned to make pasta and created a delicious meal. The location was beautiful, the chef "Nonna" had lots of stories and a great sense of humor. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend the experience.

This cooking experience was FANTASTIC. The chef was so knowledgeable, engaging, fun and patient. The group size was perfect. It was truly hands-on…no sitting back and watching a demo. I am experienced cook and I learned many tips and my friend is a novice cook and it was perfect for her also. The food we made was delicious. I highly recommend!!!!

The 7 of us had the best time at their cooking class! We all highly recommend it. Of out time in Italy on a family trip with 3 generations, this was my favorite memory, we learned how to make homemade pasta and helped prepare a delicious 4 course meal. They grew most of their products and we got to learn about the science behind food preparation. Thank you so much!!!
