A Tuscan cooking class was on my bucket list and this one did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful old house with a restaurant on main floor but the cooking class was held in the private living quarters. It was a big farmhouse kitchen. There were 5 couples and we had lots of room. We made a 4-course meal, which of course included handmade pasta and it was all delicious. Nonna led the class. Her Italian is better than her English so we had an interpreter. We highly recommend.

Our cooking class was so fun and informative. We got hands on practice preparing a traditional multi-course Italian meal. We received tips and tricks from an Italian chef in a small group setting. The chef who only spoke Italian, understood English well and had translators so communication was so easy. We had the best time meeting the other couples in our class and we came away feeling confident in our pasta making skills. This is a must do when you are in Tuscany.
