Roll, shape and cook fresh pasta in a true Italian setting.

Eat like a local in the small medieval town of Tuscany, near Siena, where local Chef Vittoria will teach you how to make some classic pasta dishes from scratch that represent regional Tuscan cuisine.

You'll start by making a pasta dough from scratch and shaping it into tagliatelle pasta shape. Then try your hand at the thick hand-rolled pici pasta originating from the nearby province of Siena. You'll also make the iconic stuffed pasta called ravioli and pair your hand-made pasta with a rich Italian tomato sauce.
