One of the best experiences of our trip!!! We had two weeks all over Italy and ended with Chef Maria-Pia, Lorenzo and RIham!!! They had us prepare the best meal of our trip, we learned so much, we felt apart of their family! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We love food and took this class for an enjoyable end to our visit to Sicily. It was very informative, fun and the food was delicious! Chef Maria-Pia timed this class perfectly! First, we made our pistachio dessert so it would chill for after dinner. Next, we prepared a pasta dough. While that rested we prepared eggplant. Then we made meatballs and tomato sauce. We cut the dough into tagliatelle and then put it all together for a wonderful meal of pasta alla Norma. A bottle of wine was opened to add to that authentic dining experience. Lorenzo helped with the English translation and his humor and energy kept this a fun class. All of us consider ourselves pretty good at cooking and walked away with added tips.

Chef Maria Pia, Lorenzo and Rlham were fantastico. They were all very knowledgeable, kind with a great sense of humor. We truly learned a lot and enjoy our time cooking. It's a must while in Palermo.

The cooking class that I took here was my best experience while staying in Palermo. Not only did I learn to prepare Sicilian dishes, it also happened in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere where I felt like I was part of an Italian household. :-) Chef Maria Pia and Lorenzo were extremely kind and helpful during the process, and the food turned out amazing, I will definitely cook them at home too! I can guarantee that if you participate in a Chef Maria-Pia's cooking class, you will leave with the best experience possible. :-)

The combination of mama corleone (the chef) and Lorentzo (translator) was Great!
Lorentzo was very funny and Chef Maria-Pia had a lot of knowledge about cooking that went far beyond our expectations!

Chef did an absolutely wonderful job. It was the perfect pace, the space was gorgeous and those two made it so special. It was so personal and the food was absolutely delicious… I can’t wait to do my next class!

We had a wonderful evening making fresh pasta, meatballs and a pistachio-based dessert. The attention to detail was amazing, everything was well organised, as well as being fun and extremely tasty! The meatballs were the best I've ever had! It was a brilliant and stand-out experience - one to remember!

This was the best cooking class we've ever visited! The food was so tasty, much better then the food you get in the restaurants! The recipies you learn are not so complicated, so you receive a menu you are able to cook at home afterwards, so you have a lasting souvenir from sicily. Also the mamma is really lovely and kind and our translator, Lorenzo translated us everything with fun and joy, so we had a great time!
We can qarmly recommend this to everyone who love cooking, food and are interested in a real Sicilian experience - grazie mille!

Thank you so much for such a great time, you were all incredible and we really loved spending time with you. The food we cooked was fabulous, we never found cannoli again that was so light and fresh, you completely changed our idea of how they should taste.
