I've long dreamed of a cooking class with a local cook, and Carlotta exceeded in every way. Our family had a wonderful time learning, cooking, laughing and getting to know Carlotta.
Her beautiful historic home and lovely kitchen were the perfect location to roll up our sleeves and don our aprons. We made 3 types of pasta, each with their own sauce, as well as a fantastic panna cotta for dessert.
As we reflect on our trip, this day with Carlotta continues to be one of our favorite days, as well as some of our favorite food.
We could not recommend her enough. She was very communicative, and worked with us to craft a day and menu that was perfect for our family.
We hope to see her again soon!

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful experience cooking with Carlotta in her home! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun. We ended up cooking 4 different dishes plus dessert. We made ravioli, and ragu, chicken cacciatore, and pesto gnocci, plus a seasonal strawberry and lemon tiramisu! Carlotta was so sweet and deliberate in her instructions. We highly recommend!

Carlotta was amazing and made our experience extra special - she came to cook for our group 3 times and gave cooking lessons at our villa. All the food was fabulous, she and her partners were amazing teachers and we learned to make gnocchi and fresh pasta from scratch. She was happy to modify ingredients so that all guests were completely satisfied and full. Her pesto, chicken, chocolate cake and bolognese were out of this world. We can’t recommend Carlotta enough!

We had a wonderful time with Carlotta. The experience was beyond our expectations, we learned a lot and were inspired to make these and other recipes from Carlotta at home. A fantastic teacher and wonderful friend! This was the highlight of our vacation, even for our teenage children. Highly recommended!!!

This was a wonderful cooking experience! Highly recommend. The location was rustic and felt authentic. As a host, Carlotta was very easy to work with in terms of timing, menu planning, and accommodating. The menu was delicious and Carlotta and Nicola were excellent teachers. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We learned a lot and even had leftovers to take home. Don’t miss this great Florentine experience!

COOKING WITH CARLOTTA: What a privilege! If you are looking for a cookery class with true Italian cusine in a Tuscan paradise, this is the right place to be!
This class is a perfect choice to enjoy a day with bright people learning how to make traditional italian dishes such as superb tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce! It’s a lovely location, and it’s a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The class itself is so much fun!!! Carlotta, a fabulouse italian woman showed me everything step by step. Roberto, her husband, is extremely helpful for any request so that your stay will not be just an ordinary experience, but a real treat! I learned how to make pasta in a very clear, joinable and understandable way and most importantly, all the ingredients (local and fresh) are simple to organize so that you can immediately practice at home. The best part is the conclusion after the lesson: indulging in the success of your creations which always includes the meal with great wines (it was so much food, and it was all so delicious!!!). DON’T MISS IT!

My experience of Cooking with Carlotta was wonderful! Carlotta speaks fluent English and I can now produce authentic food from Florence to show all my friends in Edinburgh. If you want a day outside Florence with a wonderful hostess and cook who will show you how to make pasta, crepes and so much more....this is for you! Thoroughly recommended.

We had the luck to have some lessons here and it’s been an awesome and unique experience. The host, Carlotta, not only is an amazing cook, but she is also a lovely person and spending time with her was just delightful, she taught us to cook so many dishes and she even went out of her way to teach us some specific dishes we wanted to learn even though they were not in her original program!
We recommend this experience to anybody who comes to this area, especially if you want to learn how to make true traditional Italian dishes!!!

We are repeat customers! Whenever we are in Florence we have a class with Carlotta. She is the best at teaching how to make all pastas, gnocchi, and sauces. We also get to learn more of the Italian culture through her.
