I've taken two classes with Chef Fanny: one with my husband in Paris, and a virtual one-on-one class. With her guidance and clear approach, I learned to make croissants using to different techniques. One for when I have more time and want to be traditional, and one filled with her special tips and tricks to have fresh croissants in just a few hours.
