What You’ll Do

Try your hand at healthy cooking the gourmet way with Chef Christophe.

In this interactive cooking class, you'll prepare several nutritious dishes with gourmet flair. Chef Christophe will teach you tips for healthy cooking as well as how to plate dishes to create a beautiful effect.

You'll begin with crispy polenta squares packed with gorgonzola and pine nuts. Then, toss together a quinoa salad with fresh arugula and crunchy cucumber. For the main dish, grill salmon until tender and flaky while practice your knife skills by prepping fresh vegetables for ratatouille. For dessert, bake decadent vegan brownies.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Chrisophe. The food was delicious, we learned a lot and had a great time. He even ended the evening by playing beautiful jazz music on our piano. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a fun and interesting evening!

This experience with Chef Christophe was perfect. First off, he is just a nice guy who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Secondly, he made it a team experience and let us be as involved as we wanted to and we sure dug in to help. He taught us cutting techniques and new recipes. Great chef, 5 star experience and will be doing it again!
